Refund and Returns Policy
At The Fidrox International, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our return policy allows for return requests within 7 days after the product is delivered. Returns are accepted under specific conditions detailed below. For US Customers:
Returns are accepted under certain conditions as mentioned below. Note: An unboxing video is required for any claims.
For International Customers:
We do not accept returns for international orders as our return center is located only in the US. However, we assist on a case-by-case basis as our ultimate goal is to help our customers in the best possible way. Note: An unboxing video is required for any claims.
Returns are accepted only in cases of:
- Damaged Products: (Unboxing video is required)
- Defective Products: (Unboxing video is required)
- Size Issues:
- If there is a size issue, the customer needs to share a picture of the product being measured with a tape measure. If our size chart is proven wrong, we will correct it and provide a free return label. Once the return is received, we will assist with a refund, coupon code, or replacement.
- If the size chart is correct but the product is not the correct size for you, you need to return it to our US return center at your expense and share the tracking details. Once we receive the return, we will send a confirmation email and offer a replacement or a coupon code only.
- Missing Product: (Unboxing video is required)
- Wrong Product Received: (Pictures needed), Wrong Size (Picture of size tag needed)
For Any Claims, an Unboxing Video is a Must:
a) Please do not accept the package if it is tampered with or damaged. b) An unboxing video is required for any claims against the order. c) The unboxing video should cover all sides of the package. It must be a single video with no pauses or cuts. d) The video should be taken from a distance to fully cover the opening of the package. e) After unboxing, the product must be opened and any damage or missing items clearly shown in the video. f) The video must be submitted within 6 hours of delivery. g) Small marks and scratches are not considered damage. h) For any breakage or missing items, we will refund/exchange only for the number of items broken or missing after viewing a 360-degree unboxing video.
Non-Returnable Products:
- Clearance sale or any sale products are non-returnable. However, in case of a damaged, defective, or missing product, or size issue (only if the size chart is proven wrong), contact us at +91 79844 57427, chat on messenger, or write to us at fidroxinternational08@gmail.com. Our support team will look into each case and assist accordingly.
- Thread pulls are not considered defective in handloom clothing. No exchange or returns are accepted because of dislike of colors or fabric quality. At times, image colors may vary due to digital photography and light adjustment.
Return Conditions:
- 1.In case of a return, the customer will receive their refund in their bank within 5 to 7 working days.
- Items must be in their original packaging with original tags attached. They must be unworn, unwashed, folded, and packaged properly, without any odor or stains. If the return does not meet any of these conditions, there will be a deduction from the refund amount based on the product’s returned quality.
- We will accept returns from an order based on the discussion with the support team. If you return any extra product, we will not accept it as a return and no refund will be issued.
